Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at islanddesignfactory@gmail.com containing a picture of the damage or defect.  We will be happy to replace it for a identical item.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for clothing.  When ordering, please measure and using the size chart provided with each item, determine the size needed.
